Cancellation of services and refunds

1. Scope

This document applies to Import Furniture sourcing and purchase support services. Rules for furniture purchases, custom manufacture, transport and other separate contracts are determined by their subject matter and the law.

Consumers may cancel services under Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Other clients have rights under the applicable law and contract.

2. How to submit a request

Send a cancellation, comments or claim to order@import-furniture.ru. Provide contact details, order information, the payment date and amount, and the substance of your claim. No special application form or additional wording in an email is required.

Only necessary payment information is requested. Do not send CVC/CVV codes, passwords, verification codes or account access details.

3. Calculating the amount

When a consumer cancels, documented actual expenses associated with performing the relevant contract are taken into account as provided by law. The unearned balance is refunded. No arbitrary penalty or unconditional non-refundability of an advance is imposed.

In a dispute about actions, expenses or quality, a calculation and supporting evidence are provided. Expenses that required prior agreement are also assessed in light of whether that agreement was obtained.

Claims arising from defects or delays are considered on the relevant legal basis and are not restricted by the rules for voluntary cancellation of services provided properly.

4. Method and time limit

Refunds are generally made by the original payment method to the lawful recipient. Another method may be agreed in compliance with the law and the payer’s rights.

The mandatory time limit applicable to the relevant claim applies. If no specific mandatory time limit exists, unused funds are refunded no later than ten calendar days after the claim and necessary payment details are received. Requests for information are not used to extend a mandatory time limit without justification.

5. Materials and disputes

Termination of a contract does not authorise publication of materials or use of data for unrelated purposes. Documents are retained on lawful bases; other materials are deleted within the established periods.

Disagreement with a calculation does not deprive the Client of judicial protection. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory rules on jurisdiction are preserved.
