Document sections
1. Service Provider and subject matter
This offer sets out the general terms for services provided by the Import Furniture furniture bureau. The Service Provider is The Svirin Family Company, INN 7728727210, KPP 772801001, OGRN 1107746115905. Address: 18-175, Akademika Kapitsa Street, Moscow, 117647.
The Service Provider provides information and organisational services: clarifying the brief, sourcing furniture and manufacturers abroad, requesting offers, comparing specifications, negotiating and coordinating agreed stages of purchasing and delivery to Russia. Specific actions, deliverables and timeframes are defined in the individual order.
Sourcing and purchase support services do not in themselves constitute the sale of furniture, transportation, customs representation or the granting of authority to enter into transactions on the Client’s behalf. If agency actions, purchasing in the Service Provider’s own name, the sale of goods or other separate obligations are required, their parties, subject matter, powers, price and liability are agreed separately.
2. Agreeing an order and acceptance
The Client sends a description of the task through the form or by email. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a paid contract or create an obligation to pay for services.
Before paid work begins, the parties agree the furniture items, scope of services, stage deliverables, budget, price and payment procedure, timeframes, restrictions and those responsible for purchasing and delivery. The terms are recorded in an order invoice, specification, contract or another agreed written form.
Acceptance consists of payment of an agreed order invoice if it expressly refers to this offer and contains the necessary individual terms, or another expressly agreed method of accepting those terms. Silence and viewing the website do not constitute acceptance. In the event of a conflict, individual terms and mandatory legal provisions take precedence.
3. Deliverables and organisation of work
Sourcing deliverables may include a list of offers, a comparison table, an agreed specification and other materials specified in the order. Organisational services are evidenced by actions performed and agreed reporting.
Until confirmed by the supplier, information about availability, price, materials, production time and export availability is preliminary. Interior images on the website do not confirm the availability of particular models.
The Service Provider checks information relevant to the brief to the agreed extent and reports limitations. A material change to the manufacturer, model, finish, price, route, timeframe or budget requires agreement with the Client.
Samples and finish samples, measurements, production monitoring, acceptance, packaging, insurance, import formalities, carrying furniture upstairs and assembly are agreed separately. Engaging a contractor does not release the Service Provider from liability for its own obligations.
4. Price and payments
Service fees, furniture prices and delivery expenses are shown separately where the corresponding payments are included in the order. The currency of the obligation, conversion procedure and applicable taxes are determined individually in compliance with the law.
The budget stated in the enquiry is a guide for the search. Additional services, expenses, budget overruns and substitutions are not deemed to be agreed automatically.
Payments are made using confirmed bank details and the stated payment purpose. The website does not request card details, passwords or one-time codes. Payment documents and a cash receipt are provided where required by law.
5. Timeframes and the Client’s involvement
Stage timeframes and the conditions for starting them are recorded in the order. Furniture production and transportation times are distinguished from the timeframe for the bureau’s services. The Service Provider informs the Client of material circumstances affecting performance and proposes further steps.
The Client provides an accurate brief, dimensions and other significant information, reviews offers and identifies a contact representative. Changes to the brief and the effect of delays in necessary information on timing are documented by agreement.
The Service Provider does not guarantee a decision that depends solely on a manufacturer, carrier, bank or public authority, but must properly perform its own obligations. This provision does not override liability established by law.
6. Acceptance, defects and cancellation
The method of delivering results, review and acceptance by stages are determined in the order. Comments are considered on their merits. Silence is not used to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights, including in the case of hidden defects.
Consumers may cancel a services contract under Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, paying the Service Provider’s actual expenses associated with performing obligations under that contract. Deductions must be justified and documented; no unconditional non-refundability of the entire advance payment is imposed.
The consequences of defects, delays and inability to perform are determined by applicable law and the order. Rights under a separate furniture sale contract are assessed independently; cancellation terms for services do not replace rules on returning goods.
7. Confidentiality and materials
Commercial offers, floor plans, contact details and documents are used to the extent necessary for the agreed task. Materials do not become the Service Provider’s property.
Personal data is processed under the published policy and on lawful bases. An enquiry does not constitute consent to advertising. Requirements for initial manufacturer enquiries are anonymised wherever possible; personal data transfers are considered separately in compliance with the law.
Publication of a client’s project, home photographs or review requires a separate legal basis. Providing a reference does not grant a right to infringe others’ exclusive rights.
8. Communication, disputes and versions
Enquiries about orders, cancellation, quality and refunds should be sent to order@import-furniture.ru. Provide information that allows the order to be found; excessive documents are not required.
Disputes are resolved under the legislation of the Russian Federation. The consumer’s right to choose a court is preserved. A mandatory pre-trial claims procedure applies only where established by law.
A new version does not in itself change an existing contract. The terms apply to the extent that they do not conflict with mandatory legal provisions. The Service Provider’s details are provided in this section.
