Analytics consent

1. Controller and separate choice

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give The Svirin Family Company my specific, expressly defined, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to process data about visits to import-furniture.ru using Yandex Metrica to analyse visitor numbers, referral sources and website usability. Consent is given using the separate “Allow analytics” button in the “Analytics settings” panel. Viewing pages, sending an enquiry and consenting to its processing do not constitute consent to analytics. The “Decline” button records a refusal without restricting access to services.

2. Service and data collected

The website uses Yandex Metrica, counter 113967911, provided by YANDEX LLC, 16 Lev Tolstoy Street, Moscow. The service may receive the request’s IP address, browser and visit identifiers, cookies, technical device information, the page address with unnecessary elements removed, viewing time and a referral source limited to the domain.

Query parameters and the page address fragment are not sent as the viewed page address. Transmission of the page title, Webvisor, click maps, external link and URL fragment tracking, accurate bounce rate, e-commerce and Yandex Tag Manager are disabled. Form fields, contact details, files and server-side consent records are not included in analytics parameters. The counter does not run on pages in the legal section.

3. Operations and limits

Consent covers automated collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, retrieval and use for statistical analysis, necessary disclosure and access to YANDEX LLC, blocking, deletion and destruction. It does not authorise advertising mailings, publication of data or linking visits to contact details from an enquiry.

The service’s processing terms are set out in the Yandex Metrica terms and Yandex privacy policy. The Controller complies with applicable requirements for engaging processors, data localisation and data transfers.

4. Duration and recording your choice

Permission or refusal is valid for 180 days unless changed earlier. The website records a random identifier, the decision, time, expiry and version. Minimal evidence of the choice may be retained separately on an independent lawful basis for no longer than three years.

Data that can link visits to a browser or person is processed only for the stated purpose and for no longer than three years from collection. The Controller ensures compliance with this period by deleting the data or converting it into aggregated anonymous statistics, taking account of available service procedures and legal requirements. If the purpose is achieved earlier or consent is withdrawn, the rules for ending processing early apply.

5. Refusal, withdrawal and changes

Open “Analytics settings” in the footer of any page and click “Decline”. New statistics stop being sent, analytics cookies accessible to the website are deleted, and the refusal is saved. You may also send a request to order@import-furniture.ru.

Data already sent does not automatically disappear when cookies are deleted. The Controller addresses requests to stop processing and destroy data within statutory time limits where there is no other lawful basis. You can also manage website data in your browser or use Yandex’s opt-out tools.

This consent is not combined with consent for an enquiry, payment or advertising.
