Consent to personal data processing

1. Controller and purpose

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give The Svirin Family Company my specific, expressly defined, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to process my data to receive and review my Import Furniture enquiry, clarify preferences, prepare proposals and a reply, and communicate about the enquiry.

2. Data collected

The name, email and optional phone number I provide, information linked to me about furniture, the space, city, budget, countries, timing, manufacturer and model, materials and links, preference notes and necessary information in subsequent correspondence.

To confirm consent, the time, enquiry identifier, page, version, separate checkbox selection and a cryptographic identifier of contact details may be recorded. Only information actually received or necessary to deliver and confirm the enquiry is processed.

3. Methods and limits

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, necessary disclosure and access to authorised personnel and technical processors, blocking, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means are permitted.

Hosting and email services are engaged to the necessary extent on a lawful basis, subject to confidentiality and requirements for entrusting processing. This consent does not authorise publication of my data, advertising, mailings or unrestricted disclosure to overseas manufacturers.

This consent does not replace a separate basis and necessary steps for cross-border transfers. Requirements for preliminary sourcing are anonymised wherever possible.

4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until review is complete, but for no longer than 90 calendar days from the last substantive contact about the enquiry, unless withdrawn earlier. If correspondence does not continue, the period runs from receipt of the enquiry.

If a contract is concluded, the necessary data is processed on an independent basis. Minimal evidence of consent may be retained separately for no longer than three years to confirm lawfulness and protect rights.

Withdrawal should be sent to order@import-furniture.ru with information that allows the enquiry to be found. Where no other basis exists, processing stops and data is destroyed within statutory time limits. Withdrawal does not override the legal duty to retain mandatory documents.

5. How to give consent

In the form, consent is given by selecting a separate checkbox that is not selected in advance, then submitting the form. The checkbox relates only to this document and is not combined with the offer or advertising consent.

For ordinary correspondence about entering into or performing a contract, no special additional phrase is required in an email where there is an independent lawful basis. Any necessary consent for another purpose is requested separately.
