Review the offer before paying
We start with a link to the manufacturer, the models and existing correspondence. We check whether there is enough information to identify the order, price, finishes and furniture handover terms unambiguously.
What you can entrust to us
- Request and compare offers, clarify product codes, quantities, dimensions, materials, colours and included components.
- Agree specifications, payment sequence, production, packaging and readiness for dispatch.
- Coordinate the agreed stages of delivery to Russia and document exchange between the parties.
An agreed order drawn from your correspondence
We bring the chosen terms together in a specification and estimate. Before payment, it should be clear who the seller is, who receives the funds, which obligations the bureau undertakes and which documents confirm the order.
What we need
The manufacturer’s name and website, a model link or product code, the manufacturer’s offer, quantity, required finish, delivery city and any terms already agreed. Passwords and banking codes are not needed.
Cost and scope of work
After clarifying the brief, we send the stage scope, deliverable, fee and timeframe. Sourcing, negotiations, checks, purchasing and transportation are included in the order to the agreed extent. Expanding the brief requires further agreement.
The payment recipient and the bureau’s authority are determined by contract. Before accepting an order, we check the feasibility of the transaction, payment method and route for the specific furniture.
