Furnishing interiors with overseas furniture
We help bring pieces from different manufacturers into one agreed order organised by room, materials and budget. We work with the owner of the space or their designer.
One piece or several rooms
You can come to us with a completed design, furniture schedule or set of references. We clarify which items are already chosen, where alternatives are acceptable and what needs to arrive first.
How we put your furnishings together
- Organise the list by room, purpose, dimensions and purchasing priority.
- Compare materials and finishes, gather offers and identify items that need samples or additional measurements.
- Maintain a consolidated specification, estimate and agreed changes; clarify whether items can be dispatched together or in stages.
A complete view of your order
We provide an agreed item list: room, model, supplier, configuration, dimensions, finish, quantity, price and clarification status. Changes to models or budget are agreed before ordering.
To begin furnishing your space
Send a plan, schedule or furniture list, visual references, details of existing finishes, budget and delivery city. Highlight any non-standard dimensions and restrictions on bringing furniture inside.
Cost and scope of work
After clarifying the brief, we send the stage scope, deliverable, fee and timeframe. Sourcing, negotiations, checks, purchasing and transportation are included in the order to the agreed extent. Expanding the brief requires further agreement.
Interior design, site measurements and furniture design are not automatically included in furnishing procurement. The scope of such work and responsibility for dimensions are agreed separately.
